Care Plus, R2,900 a month: higher volume, priority WhatsApp and competitor watch. Care Essential is R1,490 a month. Care is month to month with 30 days’ notice; the one exception is when profile setup is included on Care Standard or Plus, which has a minimum of 3 full paid months. See Care

The plans cover your Google reviews and a little profile upkeep, with a monthly cap on replies. Heights Care is hands‑on: on Standard and Plus, new reviews are answered within 4 business hours or that month’s fee is credited, plus 4 posts a month and photos.
Yes. We work with businesses anywhere in South Africa and we’re happy to meet you in person. Most of the work is done on your live Google profile, so you don’t need to be near us.
Heights Audit is a once-off written report that names clear gaps on your live profile. Heights Care is month-to-month stewardship: monitoring, review replies, posts, and photo cadence. You can Audit first, then move to Care.
New Google reviews answered within 4 business hours (Mon to Fri 08:00 to 18:00 SAST) on Care Standard & Plus, or that month’s Care fee is credited. Clock pauses only when we need a client-only factual answer. Essential is best effort same business day without the credit SLA.
No. Plans run month to month with 30 days’ notice, and there’s no sign‑up fee. The one exception: if we set up your profile as part of Care Standard or Plus, that has a minimum of 3 full paid months, and the R690 setup is due if you leave or move to Care Essential sooner. You keep ownership of your Google Business Profile.
No. We do not guarantee #1 on Google Maps, pack rankings, or any ranking outcome. We sell honest GBP craft: photos, replies, categories, posts, and stewardship you can see on your live profile.
No. We never buy Google reviews or participate in review marketplaces.
Owner-operated businesses deserve clarity. Enterprise SaaS can afford a sales maze. We can’t, and we shouldn’t.

Audit: you don’t pay if we fail the five-gaps-in-five-days hook. Care Standard/Plus: that month’s fee is credited if we miss the 4h reply SLA (rules above).
Care is month-to-month. If rates ever change, existing Care clients get notice before renewal month.
