Replies are capped at 20 a month on Reviews Answered. If you regularly get more, Profile Active covers up to 30 a month, and the Care plans handle higher volume with faster replies. All plans are month to month, with 30 days' notice and no sign-up fee.
Each reply is written for the review in front of us, in your voice. A thank you for a five star review mentions what the customer liked. A critical review gets a calm, specific answer that a future customer would respect.
You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, so we can post the replies directly. You don't copy, paste or log in, and you can remove our access at any time.
If a review needs a fact only you know, such as what happened on a particular day, we ask you on WhatsApp before we reply. Each month you get a short note listing the replies.
We never buy, reward or filter reviews, and we don't remove reviews. If a review breaks Google's policies, we can help you report it, and Google decides.

Care Standard, R2,200 a month: new reviews answered within 4 business hours, Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 SAST, or that month’s fee is credited, plus 4 Google posts a month, photos and a monthly note. Care Plus, R2,900 a month: higher volume, priority WhatsApp and competitor watch. Care Essential is R1,490 a month. Care is month to month with 30 days’ notice; the one exception is when profile setup is included on Care Standard or Plus, which has a minimum of 3 full paid months. See Care
We tell you, and you can move up to Profile Active or a Care plan. We won't charge extra without asking.
Reviews Answered covers new reviews. If you have a backlog of unanswered reviews, ask us and we will tell you what it would take.
Yes. If you would rather approve replies first, tell us and we will send them to you on WhatsApp before posting.
We can reply in English, Afrikaans or isiZulu, whichever suits your customers.

No one can honestly guarantee a Google ranking. Google says local results mainly depend on relevance, distance and prominence. We work on the parts you control: an accurate, active profile and steady, specific replies to your reviews.
