Every new Google review answered within 4 business hours (Mon to Fri 08:00 to 18:00 SAST) on Care Standard & Plus, or that month’s Care fee is credited. Clock pauses only when we need a client-only factual answer. All tiers include 4 Google posts a month and keep Google holiday and special hours up to date. 30 days’ notice. Full price list.
What happens each month
We monitor your profile, reply to your new Google reviews with a reply written for each review, in your voice, publish four Google posts a month and keep your holiday and special hours right before each public holiday. On Standard and Plus we also keep a steady cadence of fresh photos and send a short monthly note of what we did.
Suggested edits, verification and ownership problems
Help with suggested edits, verification and ownership problems is included in our packages. Because we watch your profile every month, unwanted suggested edits and unexpected changes are spotted early and put right. If a verification problem, suspension or duplicate listing comes up, we tell you straight away and work through it with you.
Choosing a tier
Essential suits quieter profiles. Standard is the tier most clients choose, because it adds the four business-hour reply promise and photo cadence. Plus is for busy profiles with a high review volume, or owners who want priority WhatsApp and a regular look at nearby competitors.
