What gets fixed
We start with the Full Heights Audit, so every change is based on a written diagnosis rather than guesswork. Then we do the work on your live profile over 10 business days.
That typically covers your primary and secondary categories, the services list and its wording, your business description, opening hours and public holiday hours, a cleaner photo set from the pictures you already have, and replies to recent reviews that are still waiting for an answer.
How the 10 days run
Day one, we agree the plan from the audit with you on WhatsApp or a short call. Then we work through it in order of impact, checking any facts with you before they go live. At the end you get a short written note of what changed, so you can see every edit on your own profile.
