Why photos matter
Photos are often the first thing people look at on your profile, before the reviews. Real pictures of your entrance, your space, your team and your work help a customer picture the visit and find you when they arrive. Stock photos and old pictures do the opposite.
What Photo Lift covers
We go through the photos on your profile and the ones you already have, then choose, prepare and upload a fresh set that shows your place honestly: the outside so people recognise it, the inside, your team where they are happy to be seen, and the work you are proudest of. Old, blurry or misleading photos are flagged so you can decide what goes.

Keeping photos fresh
A profile looks cared for when new photos keep arriving. On Care Standard and Plus, a steady photo cadence is part of Google Business Profile management. If you want the whole profile put right in one go, Google Business Profile optimisation includes a cleaner photo set.
Questions owners ask
Why are my Google Business Profile photos pending?
Google checks new photos before they show, and that can take a while, especially on a new or recently changed profile. Uploading the same photo again rarely helps. We keep an eye on pending photos and follow up.
Why were my photos rejected?
Photos can be turned down for breaking Google’s guidelines, for example stock images, heavy filters or text, very blurry pictures, or photos that don’t show the business. We only upload real photos of your place, team and work.
What size should Google Business Profile photos be?
Clear, well-lit photos taken on a good phone are usually enough. Google lists its current sizes and file types in its Business Profile help pages, and we prepare each photo to fit before it goes up.
Do I need a Google Trusted Photographer?
No. You don’t need one to add good photos to your profile. We aren’t part of Google’s Trusted Photographer programme, and we don’t claim to be.
