What we post
Each month we plan four posts with you: what is new, what is seasonal, and what customers keep asking about. A new menu or service, a public holiday change, an event, a quieter time of day worth knowing about, or a simple reminder of what you do well.
We write them in your voice, pick a photo of your own place or work, and add a clear button such as Call, Book or Learn more where it fits. Anything that needs your say, like a price or a date, we check with you first.
Why posts matter
Posts show people that the business is open, active and looked after. They answer the small questions a customer has before they visit, and they give the profile something fresh beyond the same photos and reviews.
Posts only, on purpose
This page is about posts. They are one part of monthly Google Business Profile management, which also covers review replies, photos and holiday hours. If you’re not sure where to start, a Google Business Profile audit shows what your profile needs most.
Questions owners ask
Why are my Google posts not showing?
Google can hold a post while it checks it, or remove one that breaks its content policies, for example a phone number in the text or a link that doesn’t work. Posts are also easy to miss on a busy profile. We check each post after it goes live.
What should a Google Business Profile post say?
One clear thing a customer would want to know this week, in a few short sentences, with your own photo and a button to act on it. Specific beats clever.
What size should a Google post image be?
Use a clear, well-lit landscape photo of your own place or work, with the subject near the middle, because Google crops post images on different screens. Google lists its current sizes in the Business Profile help pages, and we prepare each image to fit.
Can Google posts be scheduled?
We plan your posts a month ahead and publish them on the right day, so you don’t need a scheduling tool or a reminder.
