What we fix
Replies written in a hurry or in anger, copy-paste replies that say the same thing to everyone, replies that share too much about a customer, and reviews that never got an answer at all. Each one is read by the next customer deciding whether to visit.
How it works
We read the replies already on your profile and agree with you which ones to rewrite and which reviews still need an answer. Then we write a new reply for each one, in your voice, and update them on your profile. Anything that needs a fact only you know, we check with you first.
You get a short note of what changed, so you can see every edit on your own profile.
Old replies, then new ones
Reply Rescue is once-off and deals with what is already there. For new reviews from now on, our Google review reply service is part of every Heights Care plan from R1,490 a month.
Questions owners ask
Can you edit or delete a reply to a Google review?
Yes. The owner or a manager of the profile can edit or delete a reply at any time. We rewrite through your profile access, so the improved reply replaces the old one.
Should I reply to old reviews?
Yes, where a reply adds something. A thoughtful late reply still shows the next customer that someone reads the reviews and cares how people were treated.
Why are my review replies not showing?
A new or edited reply can take a while to appear, and Google can hold back a reply that breaks its policies. If yours still isn’t showing, we check that it was posted from the right profile and rewrite it if needed.
Can you remove a bad review?
No. We fix replies, not reviews. A review that breaks Google’s policies can be reported to Google, and Google decides.
