Questions
Does it cost anything?
No. There’s no cost and no sign-in. You see your first draft straight away, and the other two when you tell us where to send them.
Can I post a draft as it is?
You can, but it’s better to tweak it so it sounds like you. Mention something specific from the review if you can, and keep it short.
How should I reply to a bad review?
Stay calm, say sorry for their experience, don’t argue in public and ask them to contact you directly so you can sort it out.
Does anything I paste get stored?
No. The drafts are made on this page. If you unlock the full set we rebuild them once to send them to you and don’t keep the review. We don’t store your IP address or browser details.
