Questions about the cards
Do the cards have a QR code?
No. The Google review cards are tap only. If you want a QR code too, pair them with a stand or a plate, which have both.
Can every card go to the same link?
Yes. Every card in the pack is programmed with the same Google review link, unless you ask us for something different.
Do they fit in a wallet or a bill folder?
Yes. They're wallet-size, so they fit in a wallet, a bill folder or an apron pocket.
Should staff give them to customers to keep?
You can, but most businesses keep them with staff so every customer taps the same card on the spot.
Do they work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read the chip with a tap while the screen is on. Older iPhones (7 to X) need the NFC reader from Control Centre. On Android, NFC needs to be switched on, usually from quick settings. No app needed.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You pay once and it's yours. There's no app, account or subscription, and the chip holds your own link, not a link through our servers.
Can I buy it unprogrammed and set it up myself?
